7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RETIRESKEETER, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within New Jersey to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
